Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Koihop app for iPhone, published by MCOCLOUD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (“we”). By using Koihop you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where these terms and Apple’s EULA differ, Apple’s EULA prevails for the licence to use the app.
1. What Koihop is
Koihop is a free proxy client. It does not provide proxy servers, network access or any subscription service. You supply your own servers or subscriptions, and you are responsible for obtaining them lawfully and for complying with your provider’s terms.
2. Lawful use
You must use Koihop in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to you, and you must not use it to harm others, to access systems without authorisation, or to infringe anyone’s rights. Features such as HTTPS decryption, rewrite rules and scripts must only be used on traffic you are entitled to inspect.
3. Third-party content
Subscriptions, rule sets, modules and scripts come from third parties you choose. We do not review, control or endorse them and are not responsible for them. Review scripts and modules before adding them.
4. Free of charge; no warranty
Koihop is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Koihop.
6. Open-source software
Koihop includes open-source components under their own licences, listed in the app under Settings → Open-source licenses.
7. Changes and termination
We may update Koihop or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using Koihop at any time by deleting it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

使用条款
本条款规范你对 MCOCLOUD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.（“我们”）发布的 iPhone 应用 Koihop 的使用。使用 Koihop 即表示你同意本条款。Apple 的《许可应用最终用户许可协议》（EULA）同样适用；就应用使用许可而言，二者不一致时以 Apple EULA 为准。
1. Koihop 是什么
Koihop 是免费的代理客户端，不提供代理服务器、网络接入或任何订阅服务。服务器和订阅由你自行提供，你需确保合法取得并遵守服务商的条款。
2. 合法使用
你必须遵守适用于你的法律法规使用 Koihop，不得用于损害他人、未经授权访问系统或侵犯他人权利。HTTPS 解密、重写规则和脚本等功能只能用于你有权检查的流量。
3. 第三方内容
订阅、规则集、模块和脚本来自你选择的第三方。我们不审核、不控制也不认可这些内容，亦不对其负责。添加脚本和模块前请自行检查。
4. 免费提供；不作担保
在法律允许的范围内，Koihop 免费按“现状”和“现有”提供，不作任何明示或默示担保，包括适用于特定用途、可用性或不间断运行。
5. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用或无法使用 Koihop 而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，以及数据、收入或利润损失，我们不承担责任。
6. 开源软件
Koihop 包含按各自许可证授权的开源组件，列于应用的 设置 →“开源许可”。
7. 变更与终止
我们可能更新 Koihop 或本条款。变更后继续使用即视为接受。你可随时删除 Koihop 以停止使用。
8. 适用法律
本条款受新加坡法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则。
